As I stood watching the marsh, a sudden shape emerged from the shadows at the far end of the water. Without warning, a Great Blue Heron appeared, gliding silently just inches above the surface. His wings moved with slow, deliberate power while the rest of his body remained incredibly steady, like a living aircraft designed perfectly for the wetlands.

I print using a Canon PRO-1100 printer with pigment based inks that resist fading up to 200 years. I use high quality gloss or luster based photo paper to ensure the photos pop in color. If you would like the photo’s to have a surrounding border please reach out to me at the time of ordering. If you are picking up order in person prices will be reduced as I will remove the shipping costs built in.
